- Return shipping charge is 38.75 riyals + (38.75 shipping to the customer ) total 77.5 riyals
- Cash on delivery orders bear the shipping cost + 25 riyals
- Return with the same payment method
- Parts are not used
- The pieces are not subject to damage
- Bring the bill
- The product is from the same store
- If the size is modified, it cannot be returned
- The tag remains (the small paper attached to the product )
Maintenance system and conditions
- Maintenance is free for manufacturing defects only
- Free size changes with purchase
- Maintenance does not include adding gold or precious stones, and the customer bears the cost of adding any piece
- Maintenance period is one week
Delivery system
- If you choose to pay through electronic payment gateways, the product will be delivered upon confirmation that the amount has reached the institution
- Delivery time is 3 to 5 days
- The customer will be contacted upon confirmation of the order
- There are several conditions if the customer chooses to pay upon receipt:
- The product will not be delivered if the amount is incomplete
- The product is delivered to the customer upon receipt of the full amount
