Ruling on buying gold from an online store
In order for the legal sale of gold to be valid, the hand-to-hand exchange is required, and in order for the condition of the transfer to be fulfilled, the following is required:
1- When you pay or transfer the price of the piece by you at our expense, "it will be a matter of trust."
2- When the shipping and delivery company delivers the piece to you, the shipping company will handle the arrest on your behalf.
3- Instead, the condition of exchange is fulfilled, God willing, as the required amount is the one that was transferred as a “sale” when the shipping company received the piece.
